Click the arrow next to Sharing & Permissions to expand the section. Something else worth considering is that if you drag and drop a file into Pages, or if you launch a document directly into Pages, say for example to open a docx file, the template and blank document views will be skipped and instead the Pages app will launch directly into the opened document instead. On your Mac, select the item, then choose File > Get Info, or press Command-I.
